Christophe Regina has a doctorate in modern history and associate researcher at the UMR 7303 TELEMME-MMSH. He currently teaches at Aix-Marseille University as a Lecturer.
His work includes the ratio of women to violence in the eighteenth century, crime, urban sociability, the links between literature and law and the people of justice and training.
He is co-author of Lucifer at the convent. Criminal woman and the institution of refuge during the Enlightenment , with Philippe Gardy (CNRS-Lahic, 2009). He co-directed with Lucien Faggion: Violence. Perspectives on a plural reality (CNRS Editions, 2010).
